You need help.

With the artwork.
First off, Mecha Sonic got no mouth. Sonic also needs a colored belly. Next, the overall darkness of it all, the horrid sounds of Mecha, and godforsaken Japanese with no feeling. I -HOPE- for your sake it's from the Sonic anime. Try subtitles.
Next, a bit of a story. Wait, that goes with the subtitles... and ehrm... better artwork.
Good try though. :P

We've seen better anti-Clock movies. Even those done by other Clocks. Even those by APPRICIATED Clocks... But it might have some potential;
Make it a true animation, voices and sounds, movement...
